Apricot Juice Concentrate / Apricot Puree
Product Description: Apricot Juice Concentrate is a versatile ingredient, with its neutral color and flavor obtained from undamaged, sound, mature apricots.
It is manufactured under sanitary conditions appropriate to food production standarts and tracebility, and incompliance with all applicable laws and regulations including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Apperance: Apricot Juice Concentrate: No obvious signs of browning or gelatinious particles. No floating particles, specks, insects, insects parts and other foreign matter / Apricot Puree: Homogenized Fruit Puree.
Taste - Odor: Typical appricot taste and odor, fresh and free from signs of over-heating, fermented or any other off taste.
Shelf Life/Storage: Apricot Juice Concentrate:Stored at -18 ˚C for 36 months. / Apricot Puree: Stored at normal storage condition for 18 months.
Packaging: It is packaged in HPDE aseptic bag placed in food grade lacquered metal drums. Tamper evident seals are used on outsite of metal drums.
Labelling: Proper labels stating batch no, drum no, gross and net weight, production and expiry dates, storage conditions, brix, acidity are placed on the drum.
