Plum Puree
Product Description: Aseptic Plum Puree is obtained from undamaged, sound, mature plums. The product is manufactured under sanitary conditions appropriate to food products, incompliance with all applicable laws and regulations including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Apperance: Homogenized Fruit Puree
Taste - Odor: Typical plum taste and odor , fresh and free from signs of over-heating, fermented or any other off taste.
Shelf Life/Storage:Stored at 0 - 4 °C for 18 months.
Packaging: Aseptic Plum Puree is packaged in HPDE aseptic bag placed in food grade lacquered metal drums. Tamper evident seals are used on outsite of metal drums.
Labelling: Proper labels stating batch no, drum no, gross and net weight, production and expiry dates, storage conditions, brix, acidity are placed on the drum.
